4 Exercises Get Rid of Side Fat - In just 2 Weeks

  • Take yoga mat and find a quite place in your house lay down at that mat heading your body to the floor
  • Keep your arms straight and your palm have to touch your thighs
  • keep your legs straight and your toes have to touch each other
  • Lift your upper body from the mat without raising your legs and hips 
  • Do this 3x15 reps per day for the best reults  

Triceps dips:

Triceps dips are the effective workout for your back fat it reduce it and also burn your arm fat

How to:

  • First you have to take a bench 
  • Take you both hand on that bench as shown in picture and bend your legs like that
  • Now lower your body towards the floor and stretch your back and and go upwards
  • Do this 3x15 reps per day to get best results



Lat Pull down:


This exercise is the most effective for your whole back fat. But this is only can be done in gym or buy the whole machine. This exercise have a great result and burn your fat in impressive way

How to do:    

  • Grip the rod bar and hold it from wide angle
  • Place your legs under the support
  • Now bring the bar to your chin or upper chest and stretch your back and again bring the bar upwards
  • Do this 5x12 reps for 2 weeks and find the best results
